Our new apt looks like...moved since 5th February 2009.

What I like this apt very convienient to us.

1) This building located near main road

2) Opposite Dubai American School (5 minutes walk)

3) Near tu Lulu Hypermarket and Mall of Emirates (10 minutes walk)

4) besides Arz Lebanon Restaurant and Shis Kebab Restaurant
(1 minutes walk)

Pro :

a) spacious & huge bedroom size

b) have separate kitchen

c) have separate laundry/store room

d) have guest toilet

e) 2 attached bathrooms + 1 guest toilet

f) have two balcony

Cons :

a) open kitchen near living

(everyone can see what you are doing at the kitchen) hehehehehe

b) only 2 bedrooms

c) balcony is danger area for my kids
