Kakak School Project ~Tree House

Kakak semalam school project kena buat rumah...so she decided to do a tree house after googling at the internet.


A few days ago, puaslah mama dia ke hulu ke hilir mencari bahan-bahan material. Pening kepala hehehehe...kalau kat Malaysia lain senang nak cari sabut dan bahan-bahan yang lain tu...emmm dulu time mama grade1 pon tak da project canggih cam gini hahahhaa


karang tak layan...ketinggalan pulak anak kita..so layan ajelah kehendaknya

Selamat Hari Polis ke 204 Buat Bonda 1st Batch Polis Wanita perkhidmatan PDRM Sarjan Hajjah Fatimah Abd Hamid SJN/w127 & arwah Abah Sarjan Hj Osman Bin Ngah Ismail SJN 30514 serta Bekas-Bekas Pesara Polis. Jasa dan pengorbananmu kepada negara tiada tolok bandingnya :)

Setiap tahun 25/3 adalah sambutan Hari Polis di Malaysia dan kebetulan jatuh pada hari lahir bondaku. Memang tarikh ini kami akan ingat selalu


Selamat Hari Lahir Bonda yang ke 74...semoga murah rezeki, panjang umur dan diberikan kesihatan yang baik dan serta diRahmatiNYA & lindungiNYA amin...


Inilah gambar-gambar sewaktu mak menjadi anggota Polis Wanita. Mak merupakan batch Pertama Polis Wanita pada tahun 1960an. Bangga sangat dan salute dengan mak!


Pernah mak bercerita sewaktu kecil dahulu....semasa mak menjadi Polis macam-macam pandangan serong orang ramai terhadap anggota Polis Wanita di mana pada waktu tu tak ramai wanita yang menyertainya. Walau bagaimanapon mak tabah, kuat dan cekal terhadap kerjayanya sehinggalah beliau pencen sehingga kini...Beliau tetap tegas dengan anak-anak...malah kami pon terikut-ikut dengan watak atau pembawaan seorang Polis....kami adik beradik memang di ajar dengan disiplin, Tepati waktu dan macam-macam lagilah...


Sayangnya adik beradik kami tiada satu pon ikut jejak mak dan arwah abah untuk join anggota Polis hehehhe maybe sebab mak dan arwah abah selalu cakap kerja Polis ini bukan senang susah...Wallahuallam..Polis dahulu dengan Polis sekarang lain...Polis dahulu memang kerja bersungguh-sungguh berbakti pada Negara


Kami berbangga dengan mak, arwah abah jugak..kerana kedua-dua bekerja sebagai anggota Polis...semoga pengorbanan mereka di kenang...

Minggu ni sibuk dan gigih menyiapkan tempahan dua biji kek sekaligus...

satu kek tu dah siap tempah oleh syiqim awal-awal lagi...sorang lagi dari Azian last minute order tapi Alhamdulillah sempat menyiapkan on time walaupon terpaksa ku korbankan masa tidoku hehehehe takpe pengalaman yang penting kan minat punye pasal :)

Alhamdulillah syukur, both happy to see the outcome of the cakes :)

Ternampak mee kering kat supermarket then trylah nak buat mee goreng tapi buat resipi pinoy style mee goreng lebih kurang aje rasanya cuma mee dia nipis kalau mee goreng gemuk-gemuk.
Saya buat tak letak carrot, ayam/udang, kobis, cendawan, kacang. Letak daging + sawi je

RECIPE Pancit Canton Noodles Pinoy Dish


1. Heat the skillet then pour the vegetable oil.
2. When oil is heated saute garlic and onion until light brown then add the red bell pepper.
3. Add sliced beef and chicken cook until brown.
4. Then add the shrimp [tak letak]
5. Add the chicken broth and bring to boil.
6. Add the carrots, green beans, cabbage and black mushrooms then bring to boil [tak letak]
for five minutes or until vegetables are tender but crisp.
7. Pour the soy sauce and remove the vegetable from the skillet leaving the broth.
8. Place the noodles into the skillet and bring to boil.
9. Add back the vegetable and mix.
10. Add the fish soy sauce then sprinkle the peppercorn and a dash of salt.
11. Remove from heat then place it in a bowl or plate and sprinkle with green onions and calamari /lemon wedges. It's ready to serve.

so i decided to make my expriement
My 1st Choc Macaroons...

Alhamdulillah cuma comotlah sket janji rasa sedap!!

Practice make perfect
Nanti boleh buat lagi with different flavours

RECIPE MACAROONS (in the internet)
Ingredients
175g icing sugar
125g ground almonds
3 large free-range egg whites
75g caster sugar


For the filling
150g butter, softened
75g icing sugar


Method
1. Preheat the oven to 160°C/fan140°C/gas 3. Whizz the icing sugar and ground almonds in a food processor to a very fine mixture, then sift into a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt to soft peaks, then gradually whisk in the caster sugar until thick and glossy. (At this point you can stir in flavour extract, such as peppermint or lemon, and corresponding colouring such as blue or yellow, to your meringue mixture, depending on what kind of macaroons you want – see chef's tip. Or divide the meringue among different bowls if you want to make more than one colour.)

3. Fold half the almond and icing sugar mixture into the meringue and mix well. Add the remaining half, making sure you use a spatula to cut and fold the mixture until it is shiny and has a thick, ribbon-like consistency as it falls from the spatula. Spoon into a piping bag fitted with a 1cm plain nozzle.

Line 2 baking sheets with baking paper. Pipe small rounds of the macaroon mixture, about 3cm across, onto the baking sheets. Give the baking sheets a sharp tap on the work surface to ensure a good ‘foot’. Leave to stand at room temperature for 10-15 minutes to form a slight skin. This is important – you should be able to touch them lightly without any mixture sticking to your finger. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool.

Meanwhile, make the filling/s (unless making chocolate macaroons – see chef's tip). In a bowl, beat the butter until light and fluffy, then beat in the icing sugar. (You can now add flavouring or nuts, and colour – see chef's tip.) Use to sandwich pairs of macaroons together.

Per macaroon: 160kcals, 9.7g fat (4.2g saturated), 1.8g protein, 17.5g carbs, 16.4g sugar, 0.2g salt


Chef's tip
Macaroons taste wonderful plain, but why not add flavouring and colouring? Flavour extracts – such as raspberry, lemon and peppermint – and colourings are available in supermarkets and cake shops. Try squires-shop.com to buy online. To flavour and colour your macaroons, in step 2, add around ½ tsp flavour extract, then add the appropriate colouring, a drop at a time, until you reach the desired intensity. Flavour and colour the buttercream in the same way. For chocolate macaroons, replace a quarter of the icing sugar with cocoa powder and use Nutella as the filling. For pistachio macaroons, replace half the ground almonds with ground pistachios (whizz in a blender or finely chop by hand), and use green food colouring to achieve a pastel green. Fold chopped pistachios through the filling, if you like.

Mee Rebus



RESEPI MEE REBUS JOHOR

Bahan ( A ) - untuk dikisar :
3 ulas bawang Besar
4 ulas bawang Putih
½ biji buah Keras
1 inci halia
¼ inci lengkuas
2 batang serai
15 gm udang kering
25 tangkai lada kering (Kalau tak tahan pedas kurangkan sedikit)


Bahan ( B ) - Direbus dan dikisar :
3 biji ubi keledek (Sederhana Besar)
200 gm daging atau tetel daging Lembu (Dikisar sederhana bersama air rebusan)
200 gm udang (Dikisar bersama air rebusan)
3 sudu besar rempah Kari Daging BABAS atau jenama lain
4 sudu besar asam jawa
Garam
Gula
Serbuk Perisa
Mee Kuning Direbus
Taugeh Di rebus

Untuk Penyedapya :
Daun Soup
Limau Kasturi (x letak)
Bawang Goreng
Lada Hijau Dihiris-hiris (x letak)
Tauhu Goreng dipotong -potong kecil
Telur Rebus
Kicap untuk sesiapa yang suka(x letak)


Cara-cara membuatnya :
1. Tumiskan semua bahan -bahan (A) dan rempah kari.
2. Setelah bahan-bahan (A) sudah garing masukan pula bahan (B) yang dikisar.
3. Masukan air asam jawa , garam ,gula dan bahan perisa.


TIPS
1. Kalau kuah kurang pekat campurkan tepung gandum yang dibancuh dengan air sedikit dan dikisar supaya halus.
2. Kuah mee rebus sedap jika manis sedikit.
3. Kepekatan kuah mengikut selera masing-masing ada suka pekat dan tidak pekat.....
