Bakeless Oreo Cheese Cake

semalam tengok dalam peti sejuk masih ada balance cream cheese...so daripada tak makan baik buat kek kan..cari-cari resepi so buatlah Bakeless Oreo Cheese Cake...walla buat separuh adunan je takut menjadi hehehhee


RESEPI Bakeless Oreo Cheesecake by wardah baiduri

Ingredients
Biscuit Base 2packs of 150gm Oreo cookies
50gm butterround baking pan (8 inch X 8inch X 2.5inch)
Cream Cheese Mixture 500gm cream cheese
1cup fine sugar
250ml whipping cream
1/4 cup of lemon juice (or lesser)
3tspn of gelatin powder
1/4cup warm water
1tspn vanilla essence


Preparation

Biscuit base
1. Microwave the butter for 40 to 60secs. Cool to room temp.
2. Remove the cream fr the Oreo cookies. Crush the cookies to fine crumbs.
3. Mix crumbs & butter thoroughly.
4. Cover the base of the baking pan with aluminium foil. Spread the biscuit crumbs on the baking tray evenly & firmly.. Refrigerate for 30mins.


Cream Cheese Mixture
1. Dissolve the gelatin powder in warm water. Add in the lemon juice & stir the mixture. Cool to room temp.
2. Beat the cream cheese with sugar & vanilla essence until creamy.
3. In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream will smooth
4. Whip the 2 mixture together. Add in the lemon juice mix & stir thoroughly. To add a crunchy texture to the cake, u can also throw in chopped Oreo cookies as u stir the mixture gently.

Final preparations :
Pour the mixture over the biscuit base & refrigerate for at least 5hrs or overnight.. Ready to serve!!

My 1st homemade sugar cookies

Hari ini my son requested soup then my daughter requested cookies...so nak tak nak..kena lah rajin kan diri buatlah untuk diaorang..kesian kan...tak sampai hati.


Punyelah excited...masing-masing volunteer nak tolong mama heheheh

Alhamdulillah menjadi jugak resepi search kat googles...mudah dan senang.



SUGAR COOKIES RECIPE

Vanilla sugar cookies
(200 grams) of sugar(OR 100 grams sugar and 100 grams of confectioners sugar)
2 large eggs.
1 tsp of vanilla.
(450 grams) of all-purpose flour, sifted
(200 grams) of unsalted butter, diced
Extra flour for kneading and rolling.

ROYAL ICING RECIPE (from Kareen Cookies)
Basically, you need Royal icing (RI) to decorate the sugar cookies. Here’s the recipe that I used, from the book above.
Royal icing using meringue powder
4 cups icing sugar (sifted)
3 tablespoon meringue powder
6 tablespoon water ( I added a few tablespoon more, coz it was still too thick)
optional – 2 tablespoon lemon or 2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Combine all, beat on medium speed for 5 minutes. Once ready, cover or store in airtight container.



It is quite difficult to say exactly how many tablespoon of water you need coz the consistency depends on the weather or our kitchen temperature. To make the outline, the RI have to be a bit thick, this acts like a dam to hold the flood icing. For the flood icing (or flow icing) the consistency is similar to a heavy cream. It shouldn’t be too thin like water or too thick that it won’t flow to fill up the cookies. To make the flood icing, just add double the amount of water and test as you go.

2 white eggs
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
400-500gm icing sugar
1-2 teaspoon lemon
few drops of water

Salam semua..lama tak bersiaran...beberapa hari lepas my daugher demam panas...risau dibuatnya...tetiba balik sekolah demam..pastu muntah-muntah....kalau tak suhu tinggi 39 darjah celicius badan dia.. Terima kasih kawan yang mendoakan..sekarang dia dah beransur sihat.

Semalam ada order dari Kak Zetti (Spring) exceli dia order last week lagi tapi postpone sebab anak dia tak berapa sihat....memandangkan sekolah kat sini memang tidak membenarkan coklat & kacang...so dia order cupcakes vanilla...harap puas hati lah...sorry terpinkish sket warnanya...warna merah tu tak berapa nak merah ang sangat

Semalam jalan-jalan ke blog Lia...ternampak kuih sampan atau selalu di sebut Kuih Tepung Pelita...teruja nak mencubanya....selalu bila pergi pasar malam kat Msia memang suka rembat kuih ni...Kat blog Lia tiada resepi pula di situ...so googles terjumpa resepi yang paling simple dan menarik...tak perlu kukus lagi..

Jangan gelak ya...saya tak pandai buat sampan guna daun pisang tu heheheehe...loghat utara cakap.."herot petot" hehehe ..takpe next time boleh buat lagi...rupa tak lawa tapi bolehlah nak makan hehhehe...seronok 1st time buat menjadi


RESEPI TEPUNG PELITA - yani myresepi

Bahan-bahan ( 12 cups- bergantung pd saiz bekas )
1 cawan tepung beras
1 cawan gula
5 cawan air
4 sudu besar tepung beras(ratakan)
1 biji kelapa diperah jadi 4 cawan santan (saya guna 2 tin santan segera)
4 helai daun pandan dimesin dgn sedikit air
sedikit kapur dan sedikit garam



Cara-cara
1. Tepung, air, gula, air daun pandan dan air kapur dibancuh hingga sebati.
2. Perah santan, masukkan tepung yg 4 sudu tadi dan garam. Kacau sehingga sebati dan ketepikan.
3. Masakkan tepung yg diadun dan kacau hingga masak dan berkilat.
4. Bila dah masak masukkan dalam acuan yang disukai. Kalau daun pisang lagi sedap.
5. Masak santan yg diadun tadi dan kacau sehingga pekat.
6. Angkat santan dan curah ke atas tepung yg di dalam acuan tadi.
Sejukkan dan boleh simpan dalam peti sejuk jika mahu

Homemade Cili Paste

Semalam saya singgah ke blog Raidah...terjumpa resepi Homemade Cili Pes...agak mudah dan memendekkan waktu memasak di dapur...selama ni saya cuma rebus cili kering, toskan dan blender dan simpan dalam peti sejuk je.

Terima kasih sudi share resepi ni..so saya kongsi untuk kawan-kawan yang ingin mencuba dan bagi ibu yang sibuk bekerja dan jugak ibu yang mempunyai anak kecil macam saya :)

Hari ni...saya guna cili tersebut untuk buat Ikan Goreng Ikan Bercili


RESEPI HOMEMADE CILI PES - BY Raidah

Bahan-bahan:
100 gm cili kering (bergantung kpd kepedasan cili yg diperlukan) ~ potong kecil dan direbus, basuh dan toskan
1 kg bawang besar ~ belah 2 dan dihiris
300 bawang putih ~ belah 2
Sedikit garam dan gula1/2 liter atau secukupnya minyak


Cara saya menyediakan:
1. Panaskan minyak, goreng bawang putih sehingga wangi.
2. Kemudian masukkan bawang merah dan goreng sehingga bawang agak layu.
3. Masukkan pula cili yang telah direbus tadi dan goreng sehingga cili tersebut masak dan airnya kering. Angkat dan biarkan sejuk seketika.
4. Kemudian kisar semua bahan yang telah digoreng tadi bersama minyak gorengan.
5. Kemudian goreng semula bahan yg telah dikisar dgn menggunakan api perlahan sehingga terbit minyak. Tambahkan sedikit garam dan juga gula. Sedia untuk digunakan.
*Note - Cili pes boleh disimpan di dalam bekas kedap udara dan tahan selama 2 minggu (di dalam peti sejuk)
